Terms of Service — Hotel Seaview

1. Booking & Reservations

Messages sent through WhatsApp, phone or email are requests for availability, not confirmed bookings. A reservation is confirmed only once Hotel Seaview has verified availability directly with the guest.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

3. Rates

Room rates start from PKR 8,000 per night for our Deluxe Room category. Rates for Galaxy Suites, Super Deluxe and Family Suites are as listed on the Rooms section and are not fixed at PKR 8,000.

4. Payment

Cash, credit cards and debit cards are accepted at the hotel.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Policies

Hotel Seaview is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted. Guests are expected to treat hotel staff, other guests and the property with respect.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are confirmed with the guest at the time of booking and may vary by rate and room type.

7. Liability

Hotel Seaview takes reasonable care of guests and their belongings on the property but is not liable for loss or damage beyond what is required by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in effect.
